IMHO I would just get the diamond and the setting from victor. One stop shop. Guaranteed a beautiful diamond ting. But I am not very particular about the diamonds as long as it sparkles.

But I see you are very particular about the diamond. Victor or cbi might not have the selection wf has if you change your mind on one. I would prioritize on the diamond and focus on selecting the diamond first. And worry about the setting afterwards.

For what it is worth, I see more brightness and precision in this stone that I do in your friend’s diamond. Her stone is pretty but just doesn’t pack that extra punch like the one on your ring finger does. Just my .02.

Thanks @MissGotRocks . I chose pics that showed particular fire from the E. There are other pics where the other stones shows more fire than the E that I didn’t include.

This is a very interesting thread. Thank you both for sharing your thoughts. I find it both fascinating and a bit amusing that we psers are so discerning. I too am still deciding exactly what draws me in with a stone (besides size of course!). Hearing other pser's observations really helps me!
