#1 looks to be about $600-$700 cheaper. What I'm wondering is, will the 2 letter grade jump in color make a huge difference? These stones are a little above my price range, but they're the closest to what I'm looking for (althought I could search through the virtual stones for a while)

Will #1 look really white being an F color compared to #2's H color? (keep in mind I am color sensitive)... I still need to go check out some hearts on fire stones to see if I'd notice the ACA H&A vs an excellently cut diamond.

the first stone is only considered to be of "very good cut" while the first is excellent. I guess it is a trade off- what is more important to you cut- More or less sparkle or color- colorless or near colorless...

I find that that I am sensitive to color- so it's a tough call. I think I might still go with the better cut stone in a less white color and to me the sparkle would win out.

I prefer nr 2, but nr 1 should be a very nice diamond too.

I prefer #2 also but then again it isn't my money to spend. If these two are still out of your price range see if you can find something else or wait. I'm sure you diamond will come along.

#2 would also be my choice...its easy when its not my money  !
