Any Last Minute Travellers?

Hey everyone!

I''m just trying to get some guidance on a last minute holiday - does anyone here travel this way?

This is my first time - I''ve been really burnt out at work and FI and I decided to do a trip to Dominican Republic or something in 2 weeks (Mar. 23 ish).

The prices are very reasonable right now - I''m just wondering if we should wait longer to book or if they will likely not go lower?

I am just wondering what you all think - book now or hold out?

I''ve never been there but know that prices there are cheaper in the summer. Ask yourself if you really want to go when temps reach over 100 though.
Some people like it. I''d rather go when they''re lower.

If you really want to go October2008 bride, I vote for book now.

If it''s available and it''s a good deal now, book it. It may or may not be better in a week but if better, likely only moderately and you are risking the chance that it may be sold out.

WE BOOKED!!!!

Took everyone''s advice and just booked it! In 2 weeks FI and I will be lounging on a beach in Punta Cana!

It was very inexpensive and while my expectations are low on the food quality, I''ve read decent reviews and I think we''ll have a great time!

I''ve been so tired at work the last few weeks and I finally said "I need some time off."

This is a great way to spend that time, do you think?!
