I'm thinking of having a rolling ring made. I've seen the Cartier model with seven bands, but I'd like eight bands for sentimental reasons. If possible two of them with pavé.
Is it possible to have one made with eight? Do I remember right that DK does rolling rings? Anyone else you'd recommend?

I have two Cartier Trinity rings - one with seven bands (now discontinued) and one with three bands. Each band on both rings is the same width, ~1.8mm. I find that the seven-band version rolls more fluidly than the three-band
IMO pave is really, really not a good idea with these rings. I know Cartier and other houses offer pave rolling designs and I can’t fathom why! By design these bands will constantly rub on each other, and pave will chew up the bands (plain and pave). If stones are a non-negotiable Must Have, channel bands will be least damaging.
That's what I'm afraid of...Do you think 8 will "roll" as well?
Please rolling rings peeps - post pictures
I havn't seen rings like this since the '80's
We called the 3 band ones Russian wedding rings
they used to advertise them on tv when 'tv shops' first became a thing here
and i do appreate a wider band
I grew up with them called Russian bands as well. I guess Cartier is what drove the name change to rolling bands.
This is beautiful on you Naty!
Perfect timing as I have asked for one for Mother’s Day in March. We are the same finger size so can I ask what is the European size you got? Is it a 49?
Hello @susimoo ! Thank you so much for the kind words! Yes, it is a size 49 and it's very comfortable on my finger!
