Their Etsy shop seems to have some nice gems but I don’t know if anybody here may have used them and have opinions about their reputation. TY!

Yes, I've bought twice from Mine Planet on Etsy. They specialize in smaller gems from Sri Lanka and Madagascar. The cutting can be a bit wonky at times, but I really like some of the tiny gems with good color. There is no tracking with the shipment, but both times I've received their packages the gems were secure, and as described. I will say that on the blue and teal spinels, the gray shows up more if you're not along the equatorial latitudes. Mine Planet doesn't doctor their photos but the natural outdoor lighting in Sri Lanka is better than in lights of other places, especially right now when it's winter in the northern hemisphere.

That’s interesting about that latitudes and lighting! . And I was looking at a spinel in teal. I do live in a dry and sunny part of the US haha so perhaps that will help. I was mainly concerned about it being an authentic natural stone.
