Anyone know a jeweler willing to work with Lapis?

I have a friend stationed in Afghanistan and he has purchased some Lapis from a local mine there. He has asked me to help him find someone to set or make a custom set of earrings, pendant and ring for his wife. He has three stones about the size of a thumbnail and one stone about the size of two thumbnails. I don't know the exact shape of the stones but I should find that out soon. Can anybody recommend a good jeweler willing to work with Lapis?
