I need HELP from you geniuses on PS! (In many ways at this point!) I had the outside of my programs professionally printed but have to do the inside pages myself. I set up a document in Microsoft Publisher that is the same size as the paper I need to print on, but when I put the custom-sized paper in to print it tries to print as though the paper is a normal 8.5x11 sheet and the printing goes off the page. I don''t do this kind of stuff very often so I''m totally clueless and I''m hoping there''s an easy solution here that I''m just not aware of! At this point I''m thinking of buying some 8.5x11 paper, printing out my programs and then cutting it down to size but I hate to waste all this expensive paper I already have. Any ideas? TIA!!

I did my information packets (5x7 booklets) on 8.5x11 paper and used MS Publisher.

Did you set up the Page margins? When you set up the page (say 5x7), did you set up the top and bottom margins? left and right margins?

If you have to look for these they are under:

File>Page Set Up

If you already did that, make sure that you can see your boundaries on the screen when you are putting the program together.

This is under:

View>Boundaries and Guidelines

I hope this helps! Good Luck!

Thanks, WannaBMrsH. I''ll check those settings and see if it helps.

It might be the printer causing the issue... Does your printer have the sliding things to feed the paper through? Maybe it need to be more towards one side than the other? Try printing on regular size paper and see where the printer puts it on the paper, and try to make the feeder line up with where it wants to print.

I don''t know if that made any sense
