Anything you regret not buying?

I regret not buying a beautiful paraiba tourmaline solitaire set in yellow gold at the Levian show I was working at many years ago. It would have been deeply discounted for me as an employee, but I still couldn't really afford it without layaway so I didn't get it. It would be paid off for years by now!

I have seen one turn up on trade me but it was when it was still available in the shops - it was listed by a crash converters (like a pawn shop)

maybe one day i could have a look-a-like made but with better diamonds

I think my nose print is probably still on the shop window from several years of looking at it

Mind you now its Autumn they are just pydgy again not fat
I think like a p or bigger for ring finger
like a 58 maybe ?
Im sure it could be sized one size ok either way

I googled that ring and can't find its equivalent anywhere.
Did you say you saw it used for $800? That seems like a huge deal.

Like many others I have had the usual missed opportunities such as being out bid on online auctions or not bidding high enough, etc., but the one thing I wish I could have gotten was an Art Deco brooch I saw in a local estate jewelry store 20+ years ago. It was platinum/diamonds/sapphires and was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. The problem was I could not afford it. It was a mere $10K (), though probably not a bad deal for what it was. I went to that jewelry store for probably 3 years as often as I could just to hold it and look at it . Finally the store talked a lady into purchasing it and it was gone...
