you posted my ideas exactly! could u imagine being in the brinks vault w/all those diamonds? oh the beauty. do you think they got 5k each in diamonds since 5x6=30 or did they get 30k each? was confused about the wording. either way, id take it in a heart beat!

I saw that too! I was in the bathroom brushing my teeth but my ears perked up when I heard "diamonds." My husband started calling me and I ran in.

i would assume the 5k each.. 30k each is a bit MUCH even for the old trump..
plus, maybe if it was down to the final two.. but its not..
REGARDLESS 5k for free? i''d be smiling ear to ear!

I think they had to choose from all the ones they were playing with...my reaction was, "but that''s not fair, I''d want to spend my $30,000 getting studs, not just one diamond!"

Not that I''d be complaining if that was my reward!! (Even if it was "just" $5k per person)

My fiance IM''d me and told me about it. By the time I got to the channel, I only caught the tail-end of it. Am I the only one who didn''t think that tiara was very pretty?? Un-set all those diamonds and let ME design a tiara! I would have a field-day!

They gave them each a tray of like five diamonds and said pick the one you think is the best. I KNOW KNOW KNOW that was like our other thread Size vs. Color. They probably gave them stones worth approx 5K each, but different sizes & specs & clarity & color

One of the girls said "I like THIS one best" and the guy said ... "Hmmm. You like ''em BIG, huh?" ...

Oooooh I wish they''d showed more.

There was a HUGE pretty asscher in the display ... and YES YES YES that tiara was HIDEOUS!

Boy, that HUGE asscher was amazing. Wish I can see that in person. It''s definitely the best reward ever. From the size of the diamonds they were playing with, I think they got about 5K each. I would take that any day. The tiara was UGLY.

Pricescope, thank you for posting that--it looks just like that horrendous tiara!! What a waste of gorgeous diamonds!!

It killed me to see that they couldn't handle the diamonds in the tweezers and to see them dropping them or watching them fly across the room! But there were some stunning stones there--wish they had shown more.

I was confused about the $30,000 as well. I assumed it was $5,000 each but you never know...
