Aprons...

I also posted this in the LIW forum so for those of you who have read it there already I''m sorry for repeating myself.

I love crafts! A good friend of mine who loves to cook as much as I do has an apron from her Pampered Chef bridal party that is white that everyone attending signed for memories. She doesn''t want to ruin it so she doesn''t use it. So for Christmas I made her an apron. IT''S SO CUTE! I was so proud of it that I have showed everyone. A couple ladies I work with said I could sell them. One of those ladies said that if I would make one for her she would buy it, so I have sold one already. I''ve also made one for a friend of mine who is a hairdresser to give to her in hopes that her coworkers and/or clients may want one too. I also made a little miniature one for a friend''s little 3 year old, she''s getting a play kitchen for Christmas.

Well... here''s my news... I have my FIRST ORDER!!! YAY! Someone my mom works with wants 4!!

I went with my sister to the fabric store the other day to find some super cute fabric! I can''t wait to see how hers turns out! Yay to a fun way to make money. hehee

I love aprons!!! I have 4 with cute little sayings on them. The sad thing is that I rarely wear them because I''m not a good cook. Sometimes I wear one that says "I kiss better than I cook" when I''m baking brownies or something from a boxed mix. LOL!

Anthropologie has a ton of cute, kitchy aprons on their website (they used to anyway, I haven''t browsed their site recently)...I love them, they remind me of I Love Lucy.
