Aquamarine rough

Does anyone have any reliable vendors for purchasing aquamarine rough? I am looking for a light to medium blue. Nothing that has a green tint. I have a gem cutter but someone he purchased from before just scammed him of the money so I am looking for a more reliable source. I am going for a 9 mm Asscher shape. I tried looking through the sticky but it is mostly for already cut gems. TIA!

This is funny as the gem cutter mentioned him today as a reliable source for rough. I was trying to help by looking on ebay and he kept saying..’that is just a rock’...LOL. I did look on Joe’s webpage and there was a piece that was a little light in color but I will reach out to him and see if he has anything else. Thanks!

Another vote for Joe, or New Era Gems.

You could also try Farooq Hashmi, who I haven’t personally purchased from yet, I’ve never heard anything but praise about him from others.

Also, I’d really suggest not even looking at ebay for rough. There is so much rubbish, and if you don’t know what to look for it’s a good way to end up with a pile of fish tank gravel.
