Did anyone else notice how the Falcons were ready to just eat the eagles? No doubt about it, they sure wanted it more than my Eagles. I was crushed before the game even started that Trotter was ejected.

We sure could have used him to stop oh Vick boy from running as much as he did!

Ohhh welll, there''s always next week, right?

Jamie, Chris just told me you really are an Eagles fan. Thank you. You can not imagine what it is like being a Eagles fan and have to sit next to a Cowboys zelot all year. Yesterday he had to appraise a Eagles NFC championship ring for a member of the Eagles staff. Needless to say that when this guy walked into Chris's office he new he was in the wrong place because it is covered with Cowboy's memorbilia. What got my goat is that he described the ring as a gent's ring. I told him that he had to change the discription to: Gent's Phila. Eagles NFC championship ring. He was alittle ticked, but to bad. Heavy ring, weighed over 19 dwt. Shame they lost last night, but then again I have family in Atlanta who were probally pleased. But it is only week one. I'll start worrying at mid season.

Next line of Business, How bout them Cowboys...I know it''s only one game, but the last time they won on opening day was 1999, with the triplets still in tact!
Gott a love Bledsoe having 3 weapons to throw to and a running back to throw Defenses off and keep them honest!
The newest weapon Patrick Crayton, what a game and hopefully, what a future for the Cowboys..The addition of Keith davis, number 29 to the already hard hitting secondary/safety position is OH so welcome, and lets not forget the performance of Anthony Henry, broke up more pass plays....WOW...this looks great...11-5 and look out east, and NFC period, the boys look to be back!!

Oh, and I know Ed in my office (co-worker) is about to stick it to me on this thread so,
HOW BOUT THEM FALCONS...Not looking good Eagle fans, looks like you can be run on, looks like the passing game is weak, and a QB who really does NOT want to throw to JO (not TO, I said it right, he is what he is..if t smells like a rat......haha....)
I thank JO for one thing, standing on the star as a niner, he smacked all boys fans that day, now his cancerous a** is stuck here with a team who hates him...he is so lucky it was Teague wearing number 31 at the time, not the NEW and hardest hitting safety in the game, who oddly enough wears the same number and put him out for weeks..oh well JO, we will hate you forever, stay an Eagle, my home town and my most hated rival!!

My lack of hair is to give the apperance of a wild member of a outlaw motorcycle gang, in order to strike fear into the hearts of my Cowboy enemies, that way it is unnessary to talk to them. We shall see who laffs last deekster, as my Eagles mow down the rest of our advasaries on the gridiron this season. It will be especially rewarding is watching the Cowboys, Redskins and Giants go down twice, along with the rest of minor teams in the league. Cry deekster cry. HAHA.

That was a great game last night. I only saw up to 14-7 though. That Vick can do some amazing things.

Jamie, I''m a old Steeler fan from way back in the Bradshaw, Harris, Swan, Lambert, Greene days. I was distraught whenNeil O''Donnell blew it in Superbowl XXX against Dallas (That one''s for Denise). Had no time in college to watch much and lost touch for a few years. Now I still cheer for the Steelers but I appreciate more a well played or exciting game like the Dallas SD game.

It helps that my wife is a huge fan as well.

I just can''t get into the whole Texas teams down here (partly because it''s not football weather down here)

I can''t tell you how much I miss going to a football game and freeeeeezing my tail off, bundled in layers and layers of clothes, and drinking hot chocolate. You just can''t get that in Texas.

BF and I are planning a trip to do one of those Packer''s deals where it''s an all inclusive and experience an entirely FRIGID game at Lambeau field! I know I''m going to love it but BF might not survive! He''s a Texas boy!

I''m surprised Noobie hasn''t posted yet about the Cowboys loss on Sunday to my obnoxious b/f''s team .. THE RAIDERS !! I can''t tell you the pain I had to endure from him and my son. Not a pretty site. Needless to say everyone knew better than to mess w/ me on Monday.

Jamie .. not happy that the Eagles won. Sorry .. I love you babe but losing on Sunday and having you win is no bueno for us.

It's a real shame, I was really pulling for them this year! It's still pretty early and stranger things have happened I suppose. Let's keep our fingers crossed!

Matatora, I saw a good bit of that Alabama game. That was a pretty good game and needless to say I was totally shocked that UF didn't pull through! I'm a Clemson fan anyways!
