Well, the birthday came and went. He did come home with flowers in his hands. He did take me to one of the top 10 restaurants in the country. He did write me the sweetest card that made me cry and he did get me a green iPod nano...

but alas, no proposal!

It was still the greatest birthday I''ve ever had and I guess the proposal will truly be a surprise!

p.s.- I got a mani, but alas there was no "magic"!
