I will forever miss that ruby. If you have more pictures of it, I’ll gladly ogle them and meticulously add them to my inspo folder.

I know... I will too! I would have MUCH rather these pieces have gone to PSers, believe me!! Although, a couple did find nice new homes. I always feel bad when something sells, but I have to remind myself that the deal was, if I upgraded something, the old one had to go. It's still difficult though!

Shhh don't tell anyone, as it's (understandably) a sacrilege here, but I never wear any of my fine jewelry out of the house.

I wear my sterling/boho/hippy jewels piled on and layered up pretty much everyday. Yep, I put the bling on, admire it for a bit, and back in the box it goes. I'm really just a collector who happens to love gems. I set them because that's what really makes them shine. Wearing the pieces out doesn't give me the pleasure it gives others. In short, I'm an strange sort (who rhymes).

But I do plan on trying to change that with my new fleet!

UPDATE: A jewelry store owner has agreed to purchase the remaining pieces in this thread. I took a decent loss selling everything together, but I figure the convenience was worth it. Anyway, I just wanted to let everyone know it's all been sold. I'm waiting on a wire transfer to come through. A big thank you to everyone who commented and purchased!!
