Avril''s Reception Gown Help

Hi Everyone! I am thinking of having the 2nd dress that Avril Lavigne wore custom made. I can''t seem to find any runway shots of it though. The seamstress needs draping details, etc. If anyone could send me any pictures of the dress I would be forever greatful! Thanks!!!

That''s what I read...I couldn''t find it either. Maybe it was totally custom for her?

Well, I read that the first dress was Vera, so I was just assuming the second one was as well....but I really feel like I have seen that dress somewhere! The Vera site only has the Fall 2006 collection up, but that dress would have had to be from Spring or earlier. I''ll keep looking!

Well, I found the spring 2006 collection and the fall 2005 collection -- no luck. I did find this dress that has similar draping around the hips, if that helps at all.

Canada.com does say that this dress is Vera Wang, but it must be custom. Here are the best shots I could find:

This dress was JUST on preownedweddingdresses.com, but it appears to have been sold. The good news is that "us regular brides" are able to purchase it too. I''ll take a look around and see if I can find anything.

I''m not really sure what I am going to do yet, but I am thinking that I will use it for the reception because I want to be able to dance, but I also want to wear a big white satin dress when we get married.
