Bachelorette party dress... needs shoes!

Hi girls, I think this is the dress I am wearing for my bachelorette party I would like a cute belt (pink, red, etc...) and cute shoes to go with it! What do you think?

Also, I am having a sunflower themed bridal shower this weekend, outdoors and lunch time.. I got this skirt with a white top and big black belt around the waist.. Do you think it is too much for a lunch??? I think I will be wearing black peep toe pumps.
