Beautiful trillion sapphire from Gemfix

I just bought this from Gemfix back in late July when I got to visit them. I was able to snag it before it was posted on the website, so I don't have the weight and size info. Since I bought two rings and a couple other things I can't hold on to it. It's a beautiful sparkly blue. Plenty of pics in different lights, indoor lighting, indoor with sun, outdoor in light shade.

Heated, about 5.5 mm I think. $800 plus shipping with insurance and signature. Sorry but I can't accept returns.

OP, I am not in the market for a sapphire, but wanted to suggest perhaps reaching out to GemFix to request the particulars of your trillion sapphire ... if you just bought it in July 2022, GemFix should be able to quickly access the stone's specs and provide them to you.

Good idea. I'd rather not tell him I'm selling it bc I feel so bad but my dream items came on sale and I just had to have them! I did measure it the other day but it's probably not as precise as jeweler's tools.

I don’t think it would hurt their feelings lol but you don’t even have to tell them you’re selling it you can just say you want the info which would be a perfectly normal request. Especially if you were trying to set it you would want the measurements and ctw.

I wasn't going tell him I was selling it It's just weird to have bought from him and then sell it. I don't think he has the info now that he doesn't have it in hand. He wrote everything on the back of the boxes and this one has nothing on it. It's too bad bc I love trillion cuts and I wanted to set it as a pendant someday. But I'll ask.

So he responded that it's a Natural Blue Sapphire Trilliant Cut, Sri Lanka, VVS, .84ct

It's about 5.5 mm on each side.
