Hi ladies (and gents), my fiance and I are almost certain we are going to DIY our own invites, menus, programs, table numbers and all that. The problem is our printer. It SUCKS. So we are getting a new one, mainly for the wedding stuff, but also because of the random working from home items we may need, as well as photos. Anyone know of a good printer (not too expensive, we''re thinking up to the 300.00 range), that is a nice all-around use printer, but can also print cardstock and vellum and the invite neccesities? Thanks in advance!

I''ve heard that laser is really the way to go for invites, but I don''t think you''ll get one on that budget. Have you thought about just designing them yourself and then taking it to a copy shop to print out? I had friends who did that and they still saved a lot.

I used a laser so I really have NO idea about an inkjet. I would just go to a couple places and see their samples.

Thanks, guys. I really have no idea what it really entails, and I could always just use the super hi-tech lazer printer at work! Thanks the help anyway!
