Suppose same weight ,same clarity , color good same level

Probably orange although they are very close. Just be careful when shopping because there are undisclosed synthetic diffused sapphires too. Back in 2005, yellow and orange pieces are around $100 to $120 per carat. I'm not sure of pricing today but it is probably less on eBay.

It is definitely less on ebay, although I wouldn't recommend going for Beryllium treated, untreated on ebay is still very affordable.

most are heat only or no treatment

Yellow seems to be a bit pricier for clean material

I have jewelry business. Mostly my customer is Thai and china people.
They accept BE treatment.
Because sometime when I buy 10ct size up and making certificate, the result come out orange sapphire.
That's why i ask like this. I want to know the result come out "orange sapphire" is good benefit for me or not.

Absolutely, good orange are harder to come by without treatment, where as good yellow can still be found naturally.
