BF and I finally getting engaged

Finally getting engaged and due to him going back to collage he has a modest budget, but I fell in love with this 14k vintage stick pin converted into a ring with a .10ct diamond that I had to have and he bought it, but when he will propose will be a surprise. I know it is not a colored stone, but I feel like i've talked to you guys here on pricescope more. As some og you know I love vintage designs and I love that this ring is literally one of a kind. Vintage top with newer band so it will last for everyday where. Here id the video and some pics.

Hi. I am planning on it, which is one of the things I love about it to how the shield shape sits on top of band leaving some space underneath for wedding band. We are planning on upgrading it once he finishes college, but I will continue to wear this ring on either hand when that happens
