Bi color sapphire help please!

I'm in need of some help and hoping I've come to the right place. I've been looking online in what feels like forever, searching for the right bi colored sapphire. My issue is I'm scared that what I will receive won't look anything like that I'm expecting. I want a bright blue green.

These are the colors that I'm loving, and this stone is pretty plus the video looks pretty similar to the pictures here. Any one have any advice to help push me along?

I think you liking the video is a good sign for you.
that, and you should take into consideration your environmental natural lighting vs the vendors (latitude).
How these stones show their color in different artificial lights is another thing to consider, along with (i believe) the camera also separates the color zoning in pics more so than your eyes do. Especially at this 5.5x5mm -ish size, if seeing the separate colors is an important parameter for you.

A solid return policy with the vendor is your best ally to find and learn what you like. Find out what the vendors policy is, especially if your purchase crosses country borders.

Have you bought from this vendor before? Bicolor sapphires can be beautiful or they can go grey/muddy, and a good, reliable vendor can give you advice, send you comparisons, et.
