Sold Birks + Tiffany Co Ruby ring set and 3-stone OMC ring

Ruby Ring Set:
Birks 18k gold ruby + diamond engagement ring and Tiffany and Co wedding band for sale.

Picture of appraisal from 2011 is attached, which gives specific info about dimensions, ct weight, etc, along with pics here:

Appraisal for the engagement ring is 3k (likely inflated), and for the wedding band is 1400. Selling the set for 2,750 but also open to offers.

Both rings are a size 5. LT listing will be posted soon.


OMC Ring:
18k 3-stone OMC ring. 1.52 TCW (.83 middle stone, .33 and .36 side stones). H/I color, I clarity (as per appraisal).

Appraisal is 5,750 (likely inflated), asking 3,300, but open to offers. It's hard to find good "comps" for this ring since OMCs are all so unique, so if my price seems unreasonable I am happy to adjust.

I’ve also been resisting this for months now but I could be pushed over the line by a video if someone else isn’t first. Ack.

3 short videos taken this morning. Sun isnt fully out in my backyard (blocked by the house), so I took 2 shade and 1 low sunlight video.

My phone case is blue. So any blue reflections are not the stone, but are the case.

I don't see any inclusions w the naked eye. I think the prongs could definitely use re tipping (at least thats what it looks like to me).
