Blue sapphire jewelry for wife's birthday

My wife's birthstone is blue sapphire and I was hoping to get her a ring or some type of blue sapphire jewelry. My budget is ~$1000. I found this on etsy, and do like it but I know absolutely NOTHING about sapphires. Any ideas? I'm open to suggestions.

I would be careful with an eternity band because its not sizable, and if her fingers swell, or get smaller, for some reason, it may not end up fitting. They can also be uncomfortable when bulky.

They may all be artificially enhanced in color as well since they're all similar matching colors in the same cut.

I noted that the page states "Ships worldwide from New York, United States", yet on the Owner page, it states "Later I'll build my studio in US, and rings will be made and ship from US." One has to look a little harder, but this shop has or had rings made in China. Perhaps he orders rings from LOGR, who knows?

As with the above posters, natural only means that they are genuine, not synthetics or simulants. This does not mean that the stones are not diffused (permanent and stable treatment akin to dying the stone) or highly treated in some manner. Considering how beautiful they look, how well matched they are and the low price, I would presume the blue sapphires are diffused.

Eternity rings are not sizable so make sure you order it in the correct size. Most women experience fluctuating finger sizes, and sometimes the change is permanent, making an eternity ring no longer wearable. Just something to consider.
