blue sapphire medium strong versus vivid light or vivid medium

I like light blue stones with great color intensity.
I am looking at a medium strong VVS1 blue sapphire and considering a vivid light or medium VVS1 or VVS2.
I like a light blue, want to buy a good quality, but yet keep it within a 3-5,000 engagement ring price range.
Is the medium strong blue VVS1 a good quality stone to buy?

ER,

There sure are light blues with great crystal and cut but 3-5k/carat(?) is a lot for light colors.
You need to clarify the Q a bit.
