I''ve longed for this on Gene''s website for ages and can''t believe that it hasn''t sold before and at the weekend I could resist no longer. It arrived in the UK at the speed of light and all I can say is W

Blue Zircon from Cambodia

The cutting on this gemstone is supreme. The fire is amazing and the gemstone just lights up the room. I can''t get a good photo of it but honestly neither Gene''s photos or mine do it justice. No a hint of brown anywhere! The blue ranges from an electric vivid blue to a more subtle blue with a tiny hint of green at times.

I think the reason no one has said anything is because we are all on the waiting list that’s about a mile long. We are eagerly waiting to see what Gene has cut.
