Has anyone here had any success using blurb.com for making a picture album? I recently designed our guest book and ordered it from them. Unfortunately, it came with one of the pictures incorrectly cropped (it is zoomed in on FI, and I am cut in half..LOL).

I am going crazy trying to contact them. The wedding is in less than 3 weeks and I want this to be right! THere is no phone number on their website, and so far I have sent them three emails, the first of which was last Tuesday. Each time, they give the automated response that they will reply within 2 business days...but NOTHING so far, no follow up whatsoever.

The grand total for the book with shipping and everything came to just over $40. Today I put a "dispute"/stop on the credit card payment...I am hoping that will finally get their attention...
My question is...do you think I should cut my losses and redo the book and order it with My Publisher? Or should I wait Blurb to contact me!?!

Thanks!

I found this on yellowpages.com. Its the same address listed on blurb''s webpage and has a phone number:

Blurb Inc.
580 California St
San Francisco, CA 94104
(415) 362-2067

I''ve never used any of these programs, so I don''t really have any advice. If you don''t get in touch soon, I''d probably order it elsewhere and continue to demand your money back from blurb.

Good luck getting things straightened out!

If you decide to use another program, I''ve found Picaboo to be quite nice for making photo books, though they can get pricey if you add on a lot of pictures. Still, I ordered one for my family for Christmas and it came out just beautifully... plus they usually respond to emails quite quickly. It can be a little difficult to pick up but if you already have your guestbook designed it should only take a few hours of hard (sorry!) work to switch programs.

just so you know, i used kodakgallery.com to make a mother''s day present for my mum. i ordered really late and was worried because i zoomed in on quite a few photos. even still, it was on time and was absolutely beautiful. might be a suggestion :-)

I have nothing to say about your topic but can I beg you to take some more pics of your ring please please please?? I love it so much :) I hadn''t seen you in a while, but I don''t look here super often and must have missed you... I remember wanting more pics a long time ago and..... hehehe please?? :)

I know several people who have used snapfish.com to make albums and they''ve all turned out great. I''m not sure about the pricing, but I think it''s pretty reasonable.
