I don''t know about anyone else, but I had the hardest time finding BM jewelry I liked! I really wanted to get them something that was different, and that they''d wear again and also something that wasn''t just a great matching necklace for my BM dress which they will NEVER wear again (no matter how much anyone insists they will "cut it off... it will be a perfect cocktail dress... yea right. I have 8 hanging in my closet just waiting to be *cut off*!!!!)
I got my jewelry which is very dramatic/vintage tear drop rhinestones. So pearls were out.
Then I started to get slightly obsessed with crystals. A crystal themed wedding if you will. (not really, just a couple things!) Anyway, the cake topper looks like a thin candy cane shaped wire (9 wires which will go off the top layer of the cake) with a baroque swarovski crystal hanging from them. Then I bought crystals and am having my florist put them in our bouquets.... then thought YEP! Crystal necklaces.
Well I was SO disappointed to find that Swarovski Crystal necklaces run about $138.00. And I have 9 BM''s so it just wasn''t doable! (And nope, this is PS! No fake crystals allowed! They don''t sparkle the same!)
I found someone on theknot.com that has her own jewelry boutique and will make exact copies of pictures you send her! She''s amazing. She orders the swarovski crystals and duplicates whatever you want. She is making same $138.00 necklace for $54... AND it includes earrings to match! I am so excited!
I don''t want to put her name on this open thread, but if you''re interested I will send you her website!
Here is the BM necklaces! (earrings not pictured, but will be simple drop with 3 crystals)
