Booking a place today!!!

We went to check out the Bella Tarrazza in Houston last night and we loved it!

We need to double check the date and we can book it today! I''m so excited.

We will have the ceremony in the Courtyard at 8pm (Houston in July...yuck), followed by a dinner in the reception area. Picture both of these places COVERED in candles.

If the sun sets at 7:30 (need to check that), I wonder if I can bump the time up to then since the Courtyard has lots of shade (walls and trees).

After some research, the sun will set at 8:15 on my wedding day 7-26. With the tall walls and big trees, as well as the ceremony only lasting 20 minutes max, when should I have my ceremony?

I wonder if 7:30 would be better.

I''d probably aim for 7.30 if the sun sets at 8.15 for two reasons-
1) Just so everyone can see everything that''s happening
2) Just in case things get slightly held up you have a bit of time before the sun sets.

We went with a different venue afterall. There''s a couple of other threads about it.

We originally were paying $12,000 for a Saturday night for about 150 guests. They have inhouse catering, but I''ve never tried the food. I''ve heard mixed reviews.

I''m actually going to a wedding there next weekend. I can let you know how it goes.
