Your brooch is almost certainly costume jewelry - very lovely, well-made costume jewelry. https://www.illusionjewels.com/research/costumejewelrymarks.html has a nice data base of costume jewelry manufacturers. Unfortunately it doesn’t have a search function that would allow you to search by, say, symbol. But you could scroll through each page and look for a symbol that matches the one on your brooch.
