Cake design.. need help!

I need help.. I am trying to get a design for my cake and I really like this cake (White one) with out the flowers on it but instead with the leaves from the next cake (brown cake).. I am not the best with photoshop.. Is there anyway to cut and past things to get the leaves on the white cake so I can get a better picture of what it will look like?? Thanks for your help. It is a fall themed wedding.

but the first cake is very pretty and i can imagine the leaves will look very autumn.
