California/Nevada stores with large sapphire inventory?

Hello! First time posting. I have been looking at sapphires at Gemfix but would really like to see different hues of sapphire in person before i make a purchase. Are there any stores that have a great selection in the Sacramento, San Francisco, or in the Los Angeles area? I could even do Reno or Las Vegas. I know Gemfix isn't much further than LA but trying to get away without the extra drive on our trip.

My ideal stone would be a pale lavender/blue radiant in the 1.5-3 ct range and seems to be quite difficult to find. Similar to this color by Jean Noel but his prices are higher than gemfix.
