calling all poets!!!

The photo for our save the date will be ready to go on Thursday, now I need a little ditty to include with the info.

The front of the card has a picture of FI in his cowboy boots, untucked button up shirt and faded jeans and me in my skinny jeans with bright blue peeptoe heels with bows on the front. We are holding hands, and next to him is his dog, a mutt he rescued from the pound, and next to me is my 4lb. yorkshire terrier. The photo is only from the waist down... basically showing our contrasting styles. (Think Greenacres, but only the bottom half)

If anyone is feeling creative and can think of a little poem that might work for us I''d LOVE to read it! I consider myself pretty creative, however poetry is not my thing, no matter how hard I try!!

Oh happy, I can''t wait to see them!!! I''ll start trying to think of something for you...my FI and I are often caught wearing our, um, well, sh*tkickers, so I''ll try to come up with a little somethin'' somethin''!

Just thought I''d add that the wedding is going to bein April, on the coast (Mendocino, CA) incase that sparks any creative juices.
