At my last appointment, my dr did say something along the lines of "well, I don''t think that she''s huge"

Not exactly reassuring, but I was measuring at 38cm . . .

Happy Friday!

I've been lying low this week, just trying to get a handle on the c-section news and also get everything squared away here at work. Today is my last day, although I'll be popping in on Monday for a few hours as I think my group is throwing me a shower.

I went in for my final OB appointment today, and confirmed via ultrasound that bebe is still breech. I had been communicating with my doc this week on the whole c-section thing. Just wanted to confirm if that REALLY was my only option at this stage. And yes, it is. She doesn't want me to get to the point of going into labor and then trying again to turn this kid as it would be EXTRA hard to have it succeed. I get that- especially since it didn't work a week ago. And, she would rather have me go through a planned/scheduled c-section rather than an emergency one. So i'm at peace with all this- I just want to deliver a healthy bebe!

Things are nuts on the new house front. All the work is done, and the leak was FINALLY detected. unfortunately just a bit too late to allow us to move tomorrow. So, DH will supervise the move while i'm in the hospital recovering next week. It's a lot for him to handle, but if anyone can do it, it's him! And my family will be around to help. We'll spend this weekend putting up curtains and prepping the new house as much as we can. I'm excited that we'll be able to bring bebe from the hospital to our new home.

LV- I'm glad that you were able to talk to your boss and get things squared away. HR always has a knack for confusing things even further- that happened to me this week but I'm now armed with the correct info.

So Excited- Your LO is precious! THANKS for sharing pics.

Lulu- My preggo "twin". You look as gorgeous as ever! Can you believe that we're at 38 weeks??

Lucy- i'm usually a level-headed person, but those hormones would kick in and i'd go nuts

HH- what great invites! Time is just flying by for you...

BB- you're too cute!

I took my pic this morning and will pop back in to share once it's uploaded to my home laptop.

Awww... cute bellies everyone. I miss those days.

BB - My ex-boss was named Aden, and that''s the default spelling in my head. hehe. Oh and Ana and Aden reminds me of the Aden + Anais brand. Cute names.
I went to our cousin''s wedding when I was 8 months pregnant, and I just wore a shift dress that I had from pre-pregnancy. So I second looking for a non-maternity dress.

lulu
Almost there. So exciting.

CG
When is your c-section scheduled? Can''t wait to meet ChargerBaby.

Allie
Yay for team boy.

HH
The invite is so cute.

So excited
Alek is so adorable.

So Excited~ THOSE CHEEKS! I could just eat them up! JT had those cheeks too. They''re so entirely kissable.

HH~ Cute shower invitation!

Lovely bellies, ladies!

I''m currently 35 weeks but the pics I''m posting are from my little preggo shoot with my friend last Friday at 34 weeks.

lulu, I LOVE your belly!!! Dani''s the expert on these things but methinks she may be right! Don''t worry, you''re going to do great. Can''t wait to meet your little girl.

Blushing, you look fantastic! Such a cute belly--I still can''t believe you have 2 in there.

You all look great. Hope everyone''s feeling good and enjoying this special time!

With a Lily for Lily...

Just checking in....had an ultrasound today and I''m 6 weeks, 1 day and due February 3. M/S kicked my butt all last week but I got some Zofran and starting to feel a lot better. I''m just sooo tired. It is exhausting being in your first trimester with a 23 month old! (*)(*) have gone up 1 cup size

We are going to a wedding next weekend and I have no clue what to wear. I have a LBD that I might be able to squeeze my bloated self into so hopefully it still fits! No belly pic yet from me - no real bump just the bloat so far. Feeling huge though

So Excited - He is such a little cutie! I love how squishy newborns are

Lulu - cute belly pic and you''re so close. Wishing you a fast and easy labor and delivery!

Everyone looks so gorgeous!

BB, ,you can definitely wear a non-maternity dress. Looking at your pic, I can see how breathing has been difficult for your here and there. Your belly is definitely on the high side. Mine is low but there are cons to that too. I have lots of lower ab pain from holding the thing up!

Charger, I''m glad you''re ready for your scheduled c-section. I can see how your doc doesn''t want to take something routine and turn it into an emergency. Props to DH for being so awesome and setting up the new place while you''re recovering!

Lovelylulu, great pic as always. Lots of fast and easy labor dust to you!

Jas, if you''re out there. I hope all is well!

DiamondDiva, I''m glad the Zofran is giving you some relief. DH already talks about having another but I don''t know if I could do this while chasing a toddler!

As for me, I had a rough day. I had to leave work as I was contracting 5-10 minutes apart for almost 3 hours. In order to tell if it was just Braxton Hicks or not, I had to go home and go through my routine of drinking a liter of water and laying down. It worked. The contractions gradually spread out to 20-30 minutes. Now, I''m back to having them intermittently which has been normal for me since about 28 weeks. I just want my man to bake a while longer and please, oh please - NO BEDREST!

DD007 WELCOME!!!!!! So happy to have you join us :)

Pupp-Aidan hangs out SO LOW like I feel as though he''s got his butt up and out in the air. I constantly have cramps from it.

Something - love the pictures especially the one with the lily. Too cute.

Pupp - no bedrest, no bed rest no bedrest!!!

Diva - happy six weeks and curse that bloat

*************

And my water broke

I wasn''t sure at first, but it became pretty obvious soon enough. So, we''re at the hospital and not leaving here without the babe. So exciting, but I''m not having strong contractions so they''ve started me on picotin. Watching a bit of soccer. Waiting for this to really get going.

Hurray!

Awe yay lulu!!!! Wishing you a speedy and safe delivery. How exciting

Go, lulu, go!!!! So excited for you! Can''t wait to hear all about it. Sending you lots of easy labor vibes!

Go, Lulu! Hopefully all that work your cervix has been doing over the last month will pay off. Sending peaceful labor dust your way!

Wahoo, Lulu!! Hope you''re cradling your LO now!! Lots of dust for a quick recovery!!

Yay Lulu! I can distinctly remember your BFP post in the TTC thread. Makes me tear up thinking about you finally meeting your little one! So excited for you. I gotta admit though, I''ll miss your BPF contributions!

Congratulations Lulu!!!!

So I have a question...is it normal to love the baby SOOOOO much already? In my baby book it said something like "it''s okay if you don''t love your baby right when he/she is born" but I feel like I am so in love all ready. I can''t wait for him to get here and every time he kicks I fall more and more in love.

DH felt little boy from the outside for the first time this morning. We call him PJ (paul jr.) for now until we come up with a name and he goes "hey PJ, what are you doing and he gave him a big wallop" I could have melted.

Lulu, I hope you and your hubby have met you LO by now!! So exciting!!

Lovely!!!! So excited for you and your DH!!! I can''t wait to hear about your little girl and hope L&D was quick and easy!!!

Lulu- Yay!

You went a little early for #1 (lucky!) I hope it went perfectly, can't wait to hear the details!

......

My due date has come and gone (and geez, the 12th was the 'later' of the due dates i was given) *sigh* I've had some false labor but i am still very pregnant. Was really wanting it to happen today. My sister came to visit for the weekend, but i guess she will have to make another trip home agin soon.
Hoping, HOPING my body isn't going to stick to the 42 weeks rule for each pregnancy!
