the picture was taken during a backpacking trip down to havasu falls in arizona that i took with my family and FI. it was UNBELIEVABLE. so unbelievable, i just might post more pictures

thanks erin! it was even more vibrant in real life - the water has a ton of lyme in it which gives it it''s color. we camped along the river and we couldn''t get over it the whole time we were there. i have about a million pictures that blow my mind everytime i look at them

That is really incredible!! The only comparrison I have is when I went to Lake Louise, Canada. Due to the waters tempature it create a milky blue-turquoise color that glows incredibly. It''s something I am always amazed by and with I could capture in a photo. Here is a pic I found that shows it better:

Wow, beautiful pics lady's!!!! I love beautiful blue bodies of water! Mimzy I need to get myself out to the Havasu Falls; I go through AZ a few times a year but I need to make that one detour for sure!!!

thanks girls! It''s a bit out of the way (it''s a 10 or 12 mile hike down to the falls and i think you can do it on horseback if you want) but it is SO worth it. if anyone finds themselves with a few days to kill in AZ, it''s a good trip to take.
