Hmmmmmm.......what about Flute? (The one on E 20th)

Or that tapas place next to ABC Furniture that has really good Sangria?

There''s also a club called "Punch" if your girls are into dancing...kind of a fun place too.

(I''m several months out of the loop now, but those are the ones that spring to mind!!)

lol! We are actually going to Pipa (the ABC tapas place) for dinner.

I''ve been to Flutes, but not Punch..that place sounds great!!!!! tks so much!

ps. how is acting? I''ve been so busy and haven''t had much time to post on PS..miss your hillarious posts.

What kind of bar are you looking for?

hey amanda!

looking for fun, good music (w/possible dancing), good drinks, low attitude but funky girls nite out kinda thing...trying to stay away from bridge & tunnel or anything naked..if ya know what I mean.

anyone ever been to
Barna Rooftop Bar
Hotel Giraffe
365 Park Avenue South (@ 26th Street)

Bowlmor Lanes is in that area. They have a dj there... also, there''s a club on the top floor. They have dancing and stuff there.

Lovey that is too funny!! I couldn''t remember the name, but I love Pipas!! You will have a perfect bachelorett there.

Bowlmore sounds like a good idea too I think??

Punch is fun, but I do seem to recall there being a very different crowd vibe each time I went....like pretty fun once and more B&T another time, so perhaps hit and miss? But definitely an option, I guess--it is just around the corner!!

Awww, we miss you on LIW too!!! Can''t believe how quickly your wedding has come up--YAY!!!!

Chris Noth (aka Mr. Big from Sex in the City) owns a bar in the flatiron district called "The Cutting Room".
You can visit their website. They seem to always have good live music. http://www.thecuttingroomnyc.com/

Good luck and have fun!

Oh, Lovey, sounds like you are going to have a great time! There is that place next to Sushi Samba on Park Avenue South--I think it's called Sugarcane, which is cute but can get crowded. Also, I'm not sure when it's reopening but the bar at the Gramercy Park Hotel used to be awesome. It may be too hipster now that it's an Ian Schrager hotel. There's also another kind of new place called PS 450 on Park Ave. S. between 30th and 31st, I think. I haven't been to that place in the Giraffe hotel but I have heard of it. Oh, there's Flatiron Lounge which is on like 19th between 5th and 6th. Hmmm...I'll try to think of some more. I live in that area but I gotta tell you, the nightlife is somewhat lacking if you're not 22!
