I need the expertise of you ladies..

No more than $100
3.5 - 4 inch heel
No wedges or closed toe
Pewter or champagne color, I''m open to a light ivory
Maybe an antique feel or touch to it

I''d like to try staying away from the typical satin dyeable shoe.

Here''s my dress if you ladies don''t remember. On me:

On model in different lighting...same color dress and everything

These are cute, but they may be too wedding-y for you.

I like a lot of these...thanks!

I''m just so confused on the color. I don''t think a gold or silver metallic would look right.

Brazen, I like the Nina Fiore in Steel. That color looks easy to work with. I love the Lilith too...the taller heel is great and I like the gold color. Doesn''t look too gold.

Freke, I love some of those! I just don''t see the right color. What do you guys think?

These are my favorites. I'm having issues with finding shoes lately. Because of my shoe searches for PS members I've bought 2 pairs of heels that I didn't need and now I'm broke. So I might just have to call it quits for a while.

Are those your favorite for you or for my dress?

I''m so doubtful about any color right now, but I do love those as well.

For you! I thought they would go well with the accent color on your dress. Silly! I''ve been going for more vibrant colors lately (copper/silver, greens of all kinds, the blue in my avatar, etc.) I actually have a somewhat similar pair to those but in kind of a eggplant shade but they are: satin, have a bow on the toe area, strap around the ankle, and they''re peep toe...Oh heck, I''ll just post a pic.

And I do love a pair on Steve Madden''s site, but they are black pointy toed pumps with a low heel-but thats because they are almost identical to my favorite pair of SMs that I bought about 4/5 years ago in NY and I''m almost killed them and they need to be replaced. But as I said, I have no $$$ now, so oh well.

Anyway! Have you seen anything in person you might be interested in?

From J. Crew...$168...I know that''s a bit over budget, but they''re gorgeous.

I love these!

I think I''ve decided to stick with the dyeables because I can order from the salon where I purchased my dress. I have a $50 credit there anyways, so the shoes would basically be free. I will wait until I get my dress in to decide on the color, but I love the color of those, Monarch. Would that look good on this style I wonder?

I LOVE these!! I can order them in light ivory which should go perfectly with my dress.

Both of those are really pretty, courtneylub. I think either one would look great in an ivory or champagne color!

Thanks! I love the last ones I posted. 4 inch heel too, so hopefully I won''t need to get the dress hemmed.

Courtney, I know you found shoes you love, but did you see the recent post about blue tux shoes? I think their "blush" color would look perfect with your dress if you want another color option!

I did, Sabine! I checked out the page, but I didn''t see any shoes that caught my eye. They all seem to have low heels as well.

Thanks though!

I ordered my shoes today! I didn''t expect them to be $100, but I suppose that makes sense seeing as how they''re silk and not dyeable like the others. I get a $50 credit, so it''s really not bad. I love these so I hope they look great with the dress!
