Canceled flights in RI.......

My shower is this Saturday and my mom, whom I haven''t seen since December, was flying in tonight to stay a couple nights and then attend...........that is until her flight was just canceled due to the pending storms here in RI

They put her on a flight for tomorrow night but there is no guarantee that that flight won''t also need to be canceled.

While I''m relieved United is on the ball as far as detecting bad weather and taking appropriate precaustions, I''m just bummed because I had made an appointment for tomorrow afternoon for her to see me in my gown for the first time

. I''ll just hope she makes it safely by Saturday in time for the Shower

Aw, thank you, Sarar, Monarch, and Snlee! I too hope things work out today. My sister is actually still going to come out here to see my gown so that''ll be nice as she''s also never seen it. I just want SOMEONE besides me to see it before the wedding!!! Geesh.
