Canon SD400 help!

Hi all-
I haven''t posted on this part of the forum before! What great information! I noticed many of you have the SD400 and was wondering how you guys manage to get such phenomenal pictures. I''ve tried SO many times and mine just come out blurry. Do I need to take the pictures in natural lighting (direct sun)? How do I properly set my macro mode? Am I getting to close (not sure how this could be since all the pictures I see are so close up)?

Keep you hand steady, micro mode by pressing the flower until it pops up on your screen. Try to be about 18" away then zoom in on your computer. I think nautral lighting is great but you can use the SD inside as well.
