Cartier Rings from NY Times

I saw this ad today in the NY Times and the top ring reminded me of someone on here (I cannot recall who!) who had their emerald custom set into a similar type looking ring, obviously the image looked much better in the paper--taking a picture of the paper does not do it justice...just figured I''d post it as possible inspiration since I think the gal in mind is having her ring redone....
