Cat's eye beryl help

I am looking for a stone that is reminiscent my "soul cat's" eyes and I want something special that reminds me of her. I don't want to be too sad to do it as a commemorative piece when she passes, but as a celebration of her life and our bond while she is here!

Qualities i was looking for:

• durable enough for regular wear
• transparent or "gemmy"
• cabochon
• don't mind inclusions
• untreated or heat only
• same hue as her eye color, doesn't need to be as saturated or even
• 10-15mm
• >$500

I was initially looking at star sapphires, but didn't find anything the right color. I would be open to one, but had no luck.

I then discovered green cat's eye aquamarine. I had never seen it before - are there treatments that I need to look out for? Are they commonly treated? ..are there any other vendors to recommend? I was looking at Gem Select and random etsy vendors....

I liked this one, but it is too big....

But what a beautiful cat you have! And the colour of her eyes!

I have three cats the same beige colour as yours, but they all have greenish yellow eyes.

I hope someone chimes in soon with some help for you.

Thank you so much! I’ve also thought if I can’t find a nice cats eye - I might get a nice intaglio carved for her in a stone the color of her eyes!
