Hello ladies,

Once again I must call on your help for ideas.

Anyone have pics of centrepieces where the colour theme is yellow/champagne/gold???

Thanks in advance. I have NO idea what I want.

Newbie considered that and the pics she posted where amazing. I''d look up her old threads.

Anytime. https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/finding-a-florist-not-looking-forward-to-this.86929/ I realized how many ''newbie'' nicks there are... so I decided to hunt the right one down and the thread with the pics. I loved her ideas. She ended up going in a different (but also lovely) direction, but this was my favorite.
GYPSY!! I actually stumbled into that thread by accident :p

I was just gonna add the link myself so that i can read everything again later for reference.

Fickefaye, i initially wanted just yellow, but then I had to change the colour theme slightly because one of my MOH is adversely against a bight sunshine yellow

I really want diff shades of yellow roses but they are costly... might just do that for the bride''s bouquet and a diff type of flower for the centrepieces

i always think it''s the bride''s choice, but that''s nice that you are receptive to their opinions as well

(Ignore the link, just added it so i don''t have to browse against later)

Anyway, FF, yeah one of my MOH is dark-skinned and she thinks bright yellow will make her look even darker(so silly) ! Its fair enough though, I don''t want her to feel uncomfortable in her dress. So instead i decided that i am going to do the different coloured MOH dresses thing. I think (and hope) and the colours will work out since my dress is stark white

I am so in love with this bouquet!!!!!!!!!!!

Opinions??

It fits with the decor of my reception venue, which is a federation style building with a pub downstairs

and the Verandah Room (my reception room) has such a lovely vintage feel to it!!

How much do you think this bouquet will cost? And will it look right with my white dress? somehow i think an ivory dress will look better with this bouquet

Here are just a few I found, this one is simple and could be recreated rather cheaply

I actually really love the drowned flower idea with the candle floating on top!

It''s clean, elegant, and does not overcrowd the table! Hmmm i have to seriously think about that one!

i know that orange isn''t one of the colors you mentioned, but it made me think of this picture. this is one of my favorite tables, ever!!! table

oh i went to a friend''s wedding with a very similar centerpiece and they were beautiful!

hi cindygenit! we have the same color theme (minus the yellow) !!! sorry... i just got excited with the fact that i finally found someone doing the same colors (minus the yellow

) as mine!

have you found your centerpiece yet?

Thanks cocolaw, the set up you linked me to is REALLY pretty!

I think i would do something similar with yellow/champagne/gold roses and other flowers for the bridal table, and for the other tables i will do the drowned flower with a little tealight floating on top! :D But instead of a tall cylindrical vase, I might go with a round chubby short vase hehehe

yellow

The centrepiece on the top left corner is cute too!
