So I''m having a lot of trouble deciding what to walk into during the ceremony. Like my mind is BLANK!

FI wants us to leave to the theme song from Indiana Jones...not sure about that one.

Can anyone recommend processional and recessional songs for me to look in to?

What is the overall feel of the wedding and what music do you have picked out already? You may have this in some other threads, but I don't get over to GG very much (I know, you all call it BWW, but since I am on the other side of the aisle, it is GG to me

Indiana Jones seems to be for a causal, informal wedding and maybe having a large boulder or some Nazis chase you down the aisle.

I am using a piano version of Falling Slowly. Kris Allen (our hometown boy!) sang it on American Idol. Very pretty song.

Well my dad did name our old cat after General Rommel, so the whole Nazi thing could totally tie in well...kidding-but not about the cat.

Our wedding is very quirky and I''m not opposed to IJ for the recessional. I would like the processional to be pretty and nice though.

We used the Glasgow Love Theme and PM Love Theme (both from the movie, Love Actually; the latter was our recessional and the former my processional), and a piano only version of The Luckiest by Ben Folds for the bridal party processional. Have you checked out the Vitamin String Quartet? Pretty much any song on the planet, they have a strings version of. Might be worth looking into as well, particularly if you guys have a pop song that''s kind of "your song."

Quirky is cool!

At the risk of laughter and ridicule, here is our recessional song (played by a live combo with lead on guitar instead of syth, however) It is kind of fun, though it might be too fast of a tempo for a processional

Joy by Apollo 100 (based on Bach's Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3S8jd8WhxoI

Pachabel''s Canon in D is on my top 5 list, there aren''t any others yet, lol.
