Changed my mind

Ok, I have changed my mind about my custom design. I had a fit of conscience about the amount of money I was spending on what would, in essence, be a temporary setting.

I have stayed with my .55 diamond. I am so desperate to meet that little stone - but I have gone for the Legato Sleek Line setting instead. (in platinum)

I then ordered my husband a new white gold wedding band:

Then for good measure I ordered him a diamond stud earring too! It will be his first diamond!

He looks so good when he is dressed to go out that I thought a lovely diamond would finish it off nicely

I know everyone got excited for me when I had my CAD images. I hope to still use that design at some point - maybe with a nice sapphire in the middle.

Everything is paid for now so I am just waiting for them to be completed and shipped to me!!

They are supposed to be ready next wednesday I think. I am thinking shipping might take a little while to UK too so maybe the end of the following week.....

I actually haven''t seen the thread(s?) about your custom design, so I don''t know what you were planning on doing, but I think that Legato is just classic and stunning! And my hubby''s ring is very similar to the one you ordered for your husband, so I''m partial to that look

Yep thats my little angel! I love him!! He was actually telling me off in that photo - for taking his picture!

He is doing well thank you for asking! We still don''t have any answers but its looking likely that he has a syndrome called Fragile X. Instead of having his blood tested my hubby and I are having ours tested instead. I feel that its far too traumatic for James and if he has got FX its got to have come from one of us. I have an appointment with the Clinic for Genetics in a few weeks.

He has started trying to speak which is really exciting! Whenever I come in the room he goes ''Hi Mam''.... its so clear. Makes me smile every time! He is having speech therapy appointments at home and she is really pleased with his progress.
