Went for a look today, there were some nice jewelry pieces but I was more impressed by the artwork on offer (Monet, Rembrandt, Zhou Wou-ki, O'Keefe, Picasso, Rothko, Hokusai, Yoshitomo Nara and so on) . Did you get to see the pink diamond in person? Was it as pretty as the video suggests?

I did get up close to the pink diamond ring, I don't know much about fancy colored diamonds but I think the cut was pretty good for a crushed ice (no bow tie) and it was a very nice color, very pink! There were some nice rubies and emeralds this time too but I didn't take photos. My favorites were the Helen Hay Whitney emerald ring, the Wallace Chan butterflies and some of the jade pieces.
