Colored Wedding Shoes

Ok so in the vein of hawaiianorangetree''s post about opinions on wedding shoes I also have a request. I''m looking for inspiration on shoes. I know what I want but I guess I just can''t find it. I love the idea of wearing a color shoe with the wedding gown. But I want to wear flats as my FI and I are similar in height. I love the Farfalla Ivory Satin Peep Toe flat in the bottom middle of the picture, but I''d also love to find something similar in a bright fun color like purple, bright green, pink! Any help would be soooo greatly appreciated!!

If those are the shoes you already love, why not dye them? I assume they are satin and are therefore dyeable. Then, you get the perfect hue of your choice!

Thanks for the suggestion katamari. I guess I could do that.

However, I guess I should also mention that they are kind of expensive at over 400 dollars and I wanted to try to find something that was a little more reasonable in price. I figured something that was already a color would be less expensive than buying a "bridal" shoe and dying it. Anyone know of a shoe that is cheaper? Like 50 dollars to 100?

Check out overstock. They have a ton of really pretty flats on there that range from 20-100+ dollars.

You rock princessplease!! I didn''t even think to look on Amazon. I''m diggin the chinese laundry purple ones and amazing price too! I might just buy them anyway.

What did others wear with their gowns? Did you do the traditional ivory? silver? bold color?
