Colour changing stone

I have a stone that no one has been able to tell me what it is. Essentially it's a purple/pink colour that changes with different light sources. In the morning it appears to be a turquoise colour interspersed with the pink, in another light it is amber, it can change to a sultry grey and a times dark blue. Do you think this is a synthetic stone?

Can you post a photo? You can upload it here. It could be synthetic, but it would be best to see a photo, especially in different lighting conditions. Is it really large and clean?

Pictures are a good first start, together with measurements on the stone in mm.

Oddly enough, I have a similar question which I posted in the antique forum and perhaps should have posted here...stone that changes from purple/pink/blue (but no amber) depending on the light.

I don't want to change topics to my stones...so will just reference my thread in case someone here can post an answer on it.
