Hi yall!

I have noticed that a few members personally thank each commenter on threads posted here. Is it sufficient to "like" the comments as a thank you? I am relatively new here and I would love the thank each person personally but I am afraid I don't have the time. Can someone please guide me in etiquette?

I think it's fine either way - if you WANT to thank each poster and just don't know how, you go down through the thread clicking the "+quote" button, then when you go to Post Reply, to the bottom left of the emoji's is a "Insert Quotes" button. Once you click it, click "Quote These Messages" and ALL posts you've clicked "+quote" on will appear in your reply. Then you can go below each quote and insert your response. :geek2:

IMO, thank yous are optional, and not thanking is not rude. When I make a positive comment about someone's piece, I don't expect to be thanked. Lol

If someone offers helpful info or advice, that may warrant a thanking, IMO.

Do whatever feels right to you!

I dont expect a personal thank you when I make a comment. It is nice to get a reply if I have asked a question though.

I had no idea how to get single quotes or multiple quotes posted in a single thread, thank you for the tutorial dazzlerazzle! I just did it with this post for the first time! :))
