hi!!! --- ok, i''ve been reading these postings for what seems like ages --- while i find them VERY informative, i''m still a little confused !!! --- what makes a cushion cut "excellent" ?? i thought it had to do mainly with the depth % and table % -- but after looking at so many listings of diamonds, i''m still VERY confused -- i was under the impression the symmetry and polish are not that significant (meaning, it won''t affect a diamond cut that much ....) --- i can''t find a "pattern" --- some cuts are described by BN as very good but have similar percentages as a fair cut ?? also, i read that a larger table size does not necessarily affect the brilliance, so why would a larger table size cause the "cut" to be less than desireable !!! ???? HELLLLPPPPP !!! thanks !!!
