Custom Cross Pendant?

So I have an idea brewing in my head but was curious how to apply this idea to something my wife can wear.

I would think my local jeweler could do something for me but this guy wanted to charge me $5000+ for a custom made bangle for my son

, and I ended up going to TJ Max and getting something I loved for only $89.

Anyhow, I would like to have a custom cross designed in a way that would have a H&A stone as the center piece. It would be set in the center with a bezel and would be open in the back to let light through.

I have posted a very very very rough draft of what I would like it to look like. Has anyone see anything like this? If so, can you point me in the right direction?

Also, any other ideas of design or comments would be nice. I plan on getting this ready for my 1st anny so I kinda wanted it super special...

I havent seen anything exackly like that most of them are pretty small with small diamonds prong set.

whiteflash among others could easily make that for you.

Whiteflash huh? Well I just bought a ring from them, so maybe I''ll ask about this pendant as well...
