I''m resurrecting the daily workout thread b/c I''ve been just waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too lazy lately, and been eating too much yummy bad for you holiday food. Gotta get back into shape and firm up arms, butt and get that 6 pack back!!!
Today I did 30 mins on my home stepper (I hate the thing but the gym''s closed early tonight, since it''s sunday) and then a 20 minute pilates dvd workout.
