I''m resurrecting the daily workout thread b/c I''ve been just waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too lazy lately, and been eating too much yummy bad for you holiday food. Gotta get back into shape and firm up arms, butt and get that 6 pack back!!!

Today I did 30 mins on my home stepper (I hate the thing but the gym''s closed early tonight, since it''s sunday) and then a 20 minute pilates dvd workout.
 
I am right there with you, I need to get back in gear, I skipped way too often while I was home. This morning Ava and I went 4.7 miles. I wanted to go farther but I forgot to bring a water bottle Ava can drink from.

My NYR is to lose 50 pounds. I am also going to set some smaller goals. By 2-10 I would like to have lost 15lbs, then by my birthday 25lbs, from there I will see what my goals are.
I got these little inserts on their way from Franklin Covery Health and Fitness Tracker for a more tangible way to track my eating habits, weight, and exercise. Hopefully being able to see things at a glance will be helpful.
 
I WOULD have gone to the gym this weekend but my workout Thursday made my calves so sore I could barely walk on them! Ugh. I''m going to go extra this week though. If I start now I *might* be ready for bikini season come summer!
